Alpha Rho Technologies — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Alpha Rho Technologies LLC (“Alpha Rho,” “we,” “us,” “our”) publications, research notes, emails, and related content (the “Publication”), including content distributed via Substack and our websites. By accessing or using the Publication, you agree to these Terms.

1) Platform terms

If you access the Publication through Substack, your use of Substack is also subject to Substack’s terms and policies. These Terms apply in addition to Substack’s terms.

2) Intended audience

The Publication is intended for both retail and institutional investors participants.

6) Intellectual property; permitted use

The Publication and all related intellectual property are owned by Alpha Rho Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Publication for your internal informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Publication without Alpha Rho’s prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

7) Third-party content

The Publication may reference third-party sources or links. Alpha Rho is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

8) Disclaimers

The Publication is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Rho and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Publication or violation of these Terms.

11) Termination

Alpha Rho may suspend or terminate access to the Publication at any time if it reasonably believes you have violated these Terms or if required by law or platform policy. You may terminate by unsubscribing.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

13) Governing law; venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Publication will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
